Understands the Collaborative Needs of Her Clients

Carol Nolan is an elder law attorney that would be the professional that I would turn to if the need arose in my family. I have been an associate of Carol for more than a decade and on many cases. Her integrity, knowledge, skills and empathy for her clients is exemplary. She is one of the few elder law attorney that Charism works with that understands the collaborative needs of her clients. Her ability to think critically and explore all options is what makes her so value to her clients. I would encourage anyone in need of elder law advice and assistance to contact and work with Carol.

Knowledge in Elder Care is extensive

I would recommend Carol A Nolan to anyone seeking legal counsel. Her knowledge in elder care is extensive and her courteous nature provides an ease to a stressful time. Carol is energetic, yet calm when she works with you. She keeps her client informed and educated as to the situation at hand. Carol does not waste time or money, yours or hers. She is mindful of every call and email staying on task, being precise and doing it all with a flare of empathy and caring. I thoroughly enjoyed Carol representing my legal needs and would request her help again if needed. Simply put, she is a kind, respectful person who I am happy to have found!

Expertise and guidance

Professional, knowledgeable, accessible, caring, patient, respectful, honest and straightforward. These are qualities I have seen consistently during my association with Carol over the past 6 years. I was trustee for my step- dad's trust ( set up through Carol) and upon his passing Carol gave me the direction and confidence I needed to successfully fulfill my responsibilities. Carol worked with me and my wife to establish our own trusts and wills. Most recently, due to my wife's diagnosis of Alzheimer's dementia, Carol worked with us to re-structure our trusts to allow for both the legal protection of our assets and for advance planning to ensure that my wife's future needs and care are properly addressed. Through Carol's expertise and guidance, I have peace of mind knowing our wishes and plans are in place. Dealing with age and health related issues is challenging to say the least. Knowing that Carol is here to help us prepare, and will be there to reassure and guide us when needed in the future, helps make that challenge a little less daunting. Thank you Carol.

Honest, Professional, Knowledgeable- Expert in Elder Care!!

Seeking an elder care attorney to handle rather unusual business for a relative of mine, I found Carol. Within the first 20 minutes of meeting her, I knew I found the right person to deal with the "mess" I had to clear up for my aunt. Carol helped me to organize aunt's affairs, clean up/clear up outstanding issues, and be able to move forward to getting my aunt the best options available and decide how/where to go, i.e. next step. Carol was honest enough to tell me when there things I could do things myself and save money instead of having her do them. It turns out there were many things I could do myself. I found this quality amazing! An attorney who didn't want every dime I had? I have known many attorneys over the past 30 years having personally dealt with 5 of them and known many, many more having been formerly married to the son an attorney on the bar association. I found Carol to be VERY different from most, not all, of the attorneys I have come to know. It is refreshing to know that we do have some good, honest, caring people in this world like Carol who care about the people she represents. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking council or advise in Estate planning or Elder care. She is truly an expert in the field!

Honest, Trustworthy, and Compassionate

Carol has been my attorney for a number of years. She has assisted me with trusts, wills, elder-care issues, and even a pre-nuptial agreement. Her advice was and continues to be invaluable to me; pointing out the pros and cons with respect, trust, and honesty; allowing me to make my own well-informed choices. She does not withhold information; rather informing me of all the legal and practical issues or consequences. Her knowledge of the law is unsurpassed and, more importantly, she speaks in plain English - incredibly easy to understand. In addition, her compassion and ability to be emphatic was supportive during difficult circumstances.

Great attorney

Carol worked with us to find a nursing home for our mother and to apply for Medicaid; there were no problems or issues and my mother was approved for Medicaid. She helped us with protecting her assets that was lawful. She was very honest and up front with us and seems to really care about her clients. We have recommended her to our friends and neighbors

Excellent, Trustworthy Attorney

Carol will get the job done and you can trust her. I talked to many attorneys before I chose Carol and I am glad I took my time and made the right decision.

Your Kindness Has Made All The Difference

Carol, I cannot thank my friend enough for our referral to you. I am very appreciative of your time, knowledge and patience as you met with us to review my Uncle's needs. Your help was instrumental!

Do Not Apply For Medicaid Until You Call Me

Please schedule an appointment with me to review your Medicaid application. Applications are confusing and when reviewed by an attorney, may be approved sooner.
